The double room was functional with a comfortable bed, a great-sized bathroom including a hairdryer and bidet, and offered an incredibly beautiful view of the lake.

Very friendly efficient staff. Everyone spoke English.

Van ride to the airport was almost too efficient. Typical for Italy but a bit of a wild ride. Not overly dangerous, but you had to hang on.

This place offers great value for the price, it is nicely maintained and recently renovated, with friendly staff at the front desk, and the restaurant serves delicious meals.

A bathtub was spotless and everything was very good. Its location just a short walk away from Ogliari transport museum was marvellous. Moreover, it's very close to the terminal 2, airport and restaurant. Had a very good stay for a business trip, would return here.

Shuttle service from and to the airport is great.

Its proximity to local amenities and attractions like the airport, car rentals, and Ticino Park make it convenient for visitors exploring Case Nuove.

We like the hotel. Kindely staff, free shuttle to Malpenza AirPort. Good option to one night and take other flight in the NeXT day

For what we want, nothing bad to say

Location near Malpensa Airport - free shuttle service. The staff was realy very nice and friendly and let us feel welcome in the hotel. The room was clean and modern. Free WiFi for first 30 minutes.

The only downside is that the wifi shall be free 24h.
